Any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in severe consequences, including forfeiture of accumulated Points, termination of your account, and potential liability for monetary damages to wesample.online and/or our clients.

Member Content and License

You can earn Points through the following means:

  2. Personal Interest Survey (Profile) Completion: While completing member profiles is essential for matching you with relevant surveys, it does not result in additional Points.

Crediting of Points:

The timing of Point credits depends on the survey or task. While some Points may be credited within a few days, others may be applied after the survey's closure. You can monitor your Points status by logging into your account and checking the "Your Points" tab.

Account Verification:

While we strive for accurate Points crediting, it's your responsibility to verify that Points have been credited correctly to your account. If you believe there's a discrepancy in the Points awarded, please contact wesample.online by email within sixty (60) days of the alleged error. We'll investigate your claim and notify you of our decision within thirty (30) days. Any decision made by us regarding such a claim will be final.

Expiration of Points

Validity Period:

When Points are credited to your account, they come with a validity period of one year and four months, equivalent to 16 months, starting from the date they are earned. This timeframe provides you with ample opportunity to utilize your Points effectively.

Automatic Expiry:

If your Points remain unused after the designated 16-month period, they will automatically expire and be deleted from your account. This deduction typically occurs towards the end of the month, with the expiry date falling on the 28th day. For example, if you earned Points on 15 March 2024, they would be removed from your account on 28 July 2025, provided they are still in your account by that date.

Cancellation and Forfeiture:

Additionally, all accumulated Points will immediately expire and be forfeited under the following circumstances:

  1. Account Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your account at wesample.online, all accrued Points will be forfeited without prior notice.
  2. Inactive Account: An account is considered inactive if you have not participated in any surveys or activities on our site within the past 12 months from your initial registration or within the preceding 12 months. In such cases, all Points associated with the inactive account will be forfeited.

Program Duration & Changes to Rules
